we offer comprehensive, thoughtfully designed services aimed at supporting children, families, and professionals.
Skoon Center for Educational and Psychological Consulting is the realization of a vision years in the making-one that brings together education, psychology, and family support under one roof. Our journey began in 2022 with the founding of Dammg Company for Educational Consulting by Abeer Tawfeek, Dr. Hala Ghonaim, and Mrs. Shaimaa Golshani. Together, they set out to transform educational and psychological services across the Arab region, with a special focus on empowering schools and families.

Long-Term Impact Goals

Establish Skoon as a center of excellence in inclusive learning practices, offering replicable models that can be adopted by public and private schools across Egypt and the wider MENA region.

Continue leading initiatives like C.I.C.S to promote comprehensive school counseling as an essential component of every school, influencing both practice and policy regionally.

Develop a region-wide parenting education movement, providing culturally sensitive coaching programs, resources, and workshops to support caregivers in nurturing emotionally healthy children.

Launch a professional development hub that certifies educators, special needs professionals, psychologists, and paraprofessionals across the Arab world-blending global best practices with local context.

Serve as a consultative body for ministries, NGOs, and international partners, contributing research, training, and advocacy to shape more inclusive and psychologically aware education systems.
